What Happens to My Account If I Cancel My Subscription?

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. This article explains what access you keep, what changes after the billing period ends, and how your data is handled.

Will I Lose Access Immediately After Canceling?

No. After clicking Cancel, you will continue to have full access to all Migrate Mate features until the end of your current billing cycle. This includes:

  • Browsing available jobs​
  • Applying for jobs​
  • Accessing your profile and saved content​

What Happens to My Saved Jobs and Applications?

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account data—including saved jobs, job applications, and profile information—will be retained for 30 days​
  • This allows you to return and continue where you left off if you decide to resubscribe​
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy​

Can I Reactivate My Subscription Later?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan.

How Do I Know My Cancellation Was Successful?

Once your cancellation is completed:

  • You will see an on-screen confirmation indicating that your subscription has been cancelled.
  • You can also verify your cancellation by checking the Subscription section in your Settings​
